Healthier Pennine Lancashire is a programme to improve our health and care system in Pennine Lancashire, which is made up of East Lancashire and Blackburn with Darwen.
We have worked with residents, volunteers, doctors, nurses, health and care professionals, community workers and others to develop our plans for change. We are working together in partnership across Pennine Lancashire to improve the health and care outcomes and to help everyone living here live healthier lives.
